Our conference venue is ideally located in Woodbridge, close to Ipswich in the heart of East Anglia. Conference Facilities

Two main conference rooms are available at Seckford Hall hotel, together with smaller rooms which can be used individually or as syndicate rooms.

Seckford Hall now has Hi-Speed Wireless Internet installed in all public areas and the bedrooms are fitted with broadband.

The Lakeside Suite

Constructed of old Suffolk red bricks and peg tiles, the style is of a Tudor tithe barn. The mellow colour of the brick together with the strength of English oak blend to create an atmosphere seldom captured in a new building. Designed to be flexible in order to meet the varying demands of both business and pleasure, The Lakeside Suite comprises a main hall, balcony, bar area and ladies’ and gentlemans’ cloakrooms. Connecting the suite to the hotel is The Garden Room which is also available for private hire. Thus it will be seen that The Lakeside Suite is ideal for a variety of functions:- Conferences, Seminars or Private Dining.

A system of interlocking tables provide a variety of possibilities - a large oval boardroom table, a hollow square, classroom style and round banquet tables being just some of the layouts. A full range of audio-visual equipment, direct dial telephone, fax and photocopying facilities are available.

The Club Room

Located in the enormous Tudor tithe barn, on the right of the drive as you approach Seckford Hall, is the Club Room. It is upstairs on the first floor, above the Club Restaurant and overlooks the magnificent swimming pool. It is well insulated from the noise and takes its name from the Courtyard Leisure Club, of which the swimming pool is part, and the Seckford Golf Club.

Totally suited to the smaller meeting - either boardroom or theatre style, it is equipped with a flexible system of interlocking tables, full audio-visual facilities, direct dial telephone, fax and photocopying facilities.

Leisure Facilities

Resident delegates are welcome to make free use of our facilities in the Courtyard Leisure Club, including the indoor swimming pool, spa bath and gymnasium. Solarium at extra cost. (Leisure facilities subject to terms and conditions of use.)

The Seckford Golf Club, an 18 hole course, is available to residents on payment of a small Green Fee.

We are happy to arrange Table d’hote dinner menu with choice of three starters,
three main dishes, sweet or cheese and coffee.

Alternatively, for smaller numbers, a price allowance to select from A la Carte may be possible.
