The philosophy of our restaurant is to offer the freshest ingredient cooked simply without over embellishment, in a classic style, at reasonable prices. At the helm ‘dans la cuisine’ is head chef Ian Kyle formally trained at Hicks in London.
Over the last few Months, we have been experimenting with our own gardeners and you will find that most of the herbs, fruits and vegetables are being grown in our own garden!
