are open throughout the year, both to residents and the public.

A note from Our Chef
Each dish is cooked to order using the highest quality ingredients
in season. Our service staff will be happy to advise you on dishes
that can be presented quickly. Please be understanding if some items
on the menu are not available.
If you have a particular food allergy (e.g. nuts) please let us know as some dishes
may contain nut products.

flavoured with lemon grass, sweet chilli and coriander, served with coconut roquette salad

with pickled ginger, pak choi and coriander, accompanied with a bean sprout salad
Timbale of Melon, Mango and Strawberries
set in a Champagne gel with black pepper tuille and red berry sorbet

with three styles of dips (roasted red pepper and pink ginger salsa, sweet chilli jam and lemon grass and coriander mayonnaise)

with poached free range hen egg and hollandaise sauce

filled with a prune and foie gras farce, accompanied with a chicory tart tatin and a Sauternes sauce

served with braised cheek, black pudding and miso & apple sauce

with a nage of mussels, feves and baby leeks

Suffolk Gold
This hand made award-winning cheese comes from a small herd of pedigree
Guernsey cows in Coddenham.
Capricorn Goats
This Camembert style goat's cheese with a bloom rind and soft nutty
texture resembling chicory made in Somerset.
Lincolnshire Poacher
A hard unpasteurised cheddar cheese made from cow's milk.
Mrs Temples Binham Blue
A mature, blue vein cows milk cheese with a velvety succulent texture.
All the above are served with celery, grapes and a
selection of wheat wafers
