Crafton
Using a blend of cow's and goat's milk, this semi soft naturally
moulded cheese is made by Carolyn Fairburn up in Cumbria
Bath Soft
Cow's milk cheese, from the Bath area with a delicate creamy and
subtle aroma
Blackstick Blue
This blue vein cheese using milk from the Butter Panily's herd has an outstanding smooth velvety texture, yet leaves a slight tangy flavour
in the mouth.
