Suffolk Gold
This hand made award-winning cheese comes from a small herd of pedigree
Guernsey cows in Coddenham.
Capricorn Goats
This Camembert style goat's cheese with a bloom rind and soft nutty
texture resembling chicory made in Somerset.
Lincolnshire Poacher
A hard unpasteurised cheddar cheese made from cow's milk.
Mrs Temples Binham Blue
A mature, blue vein cows milk cheese with a velvety succulent texture.
All the above are served with celery, grapes and a
selection of wheat wafers
