Using where possible the finest seasonal local produce, we have added new exciting dishes such as Supreme of Guinea Fowl on a bed of fettuccine pasta, spring onion, olives, sun blushed tomatoes and pine nuts. Other items include favourites such as Char Grilled Rib Eye Steak and British traditional favourites; Lancashire Hot Pot with braised red cabbage and green beans and delicious chicken, Suffolk ham and asparagus pudding.
