TO START

  • Lobster and Coriander Bisque, Shellfish Oil
  • Chicken Liver and Foie Gras Terrine, Sancerre Jelly and Truffle Oil
  • Goat’s Cheese Bavarois, Sun Blush Tomato and Roquette Salad, Toasted Pine Nuts

MAINS

  • Mustard and Tarragon Roasted Fillet of Beef, Celeriac Dauphinoise Potatoes, Roasted Shallot puree, Wild Mushroom and Madeira Sauce
  • Poached Fillet Turbot with Nero Pasta and Thai Dressing
  • Poached pave of Halibut, Sauté spring onion, Pasta Nero and green pea crème fraiche
  • Balsamic and Rosemary Roasted Red Onion and Goat’s Cheese Tart, Roquette and Parmesan Salad, Pesto Dressing
