Seckford Hall Hotel - A Rising Star
Seckford Hall Hotel, already synonymous with quality and attention to detail, is undergoing a refurbishment by owners Michael and Christine Bunn.
With today’s discerning client in mind, the new rooms will feature, LCD TVs, high-quality furnishings, and powerful showers in state-of-the-art bathrooms. However, the hotel will not lose touch with its Tudor beginnings and will still offer beautiful, traditional four-poster bedrooms, complete with beams and carvings, and of course breathtaking views of the stunning grounds. Operations director Graham McGregor says the hotel will take on a complete new look, with every part of the business being scrutinised: “We’re excited to be upgrading our bedrooms which have been designed to cater superbly for business and leisure guests alike, providing higher levels of comfort and style. “We have been looking at the business as a whole, from the redesign of the website – which has just been launched – to our in-house literature, our service levels, menus and the products we have on offer, where possible only sourcing local and seasonal ingredients.” Guests can choose from the private dinner menus, ideal for intimate parties and celebrations with friends and family, and smaller Christmas events. The room is also ideal for smaller meetings and conferences.

They have decided to upgrade the already luxurious hotel to a four-star,
two-rosette country house hotel, from an already popular three-star
establishment. The hotel will embrace a complete change of interior,
transforming its 32 bedrooms in the months ahead.
Another exciting development is the launch of a private dining facility.
Situated in the grounds above the Tudor tithe-barn, overlooking the
swimming pool, The Club Room has been transformed into a wonderful
venue, which can cater for up to 22 guests for private dining.
