Owing to the popularity of the restaurant, it is essential that guests wishing to dine should notify us of their intention (desired time and
numbers) so that a reservation may be made. Guests on inclusive terms are also requested to advise us of the time they wish to dine.
From Sunday - Thursday evenings our residents dinner menu can be pre-booked at a reduced cost of £25.00pp. |

Reservations / Cancellations
All bookings must be confirmed in writing with non-refundable
deposit of £50 per room. If booking cancelled on day of arrival
or guest fails to arrive a charge of 2/3 of the accommodation rate
will be made. For group bookings please refer to separate
cancellation policy.
Payment
We accept major credit cards. Traveller's cheques and personal cheques guaranteed by a Bank Card. Prior
arrangement is required for large sums.
Check In/Out
Rooms are available from 1.00pm and must be vacated by 11.00am unless prior arrangements have been made.
Deposit
A non-refundable deposit is required on booking.
Disabled Access
The Corner Suite has extra wide access for a wheelchair and is especially suitable. The ground floor of the hotel is fairly
accessible but there is no lift upstairs. |
Children
We welcome children. Cots and high chairs are available. An extra bed (folding) can be put in certain rooms.
Dogs
Well-behaved dogs are welcome but should be kept on a lead and they are not permitted in the restaurant or in rooms
where food is being served. A nightly charge of £8.00 is made if they sleep in a guest's room. Food cannot be provided,
please bring your pets' favourite food with you.
Smoking
All our bedrooms are non-smoking rooms and we would appreciate your co-operation. Our restaurant and residents lounge - The Great Hall are also non-smoking areas.
