The philosophy of our restaurant is to offer the freshest food, cooked simply without over embellishment, in a classic style for a reasonable price.
Our chefs work only with the finest produce available. We work hard to ensure that our suppliers offer us the best cuts of meat and our fish is fresh from the quayside. Most of our ingredients are locally sourced and you will find many of the herbs, fruits and vegetables are grown in our own garden.
For those with allergies we are introducing more vegetarian and vegan meals into our menus, all cooked and presented with the same attention to detail. If you have particular needs do inform us in advance and we will be more than happy to accommodate with something specially prepared just for you.
