Chamonix, France

Only an hour away from the airport in Geneva, Chamonix is one of the most convenient locations in the Alps for a skiing holiday. The Chamonix Valley has over 90 miles of pistes ranging from gentle beginner runs to steep black slopes. As one of the first locations for the Winter Olympics in 1924, many seasoned skiers and sports enthusiasts flock to this beautiful French ski resort. Although there are areas for all level of skiers, it is chiefly renowned for its superb glacier and off-piste skiing with the most famous off-piste descent in the Vallée Blanche. This 12-mile, high-altitude route is a spectacular experience for those who wish to challenge themselves and the cable car ride up to Aiguille du Midi is a memorable one!

For those looking to splash out on a glam honeymoon, St. Moritz is the oldest, and most luxe ski destinations in the world.
