Thursday 12th October

Zen Zone

The Zen Zone covers all things relaxation, calming your mind and nervous system in gentle and held poses. Muscle tension is released with breathing techniques during each pose. This works alongside guided meditation, soothing music and breath work.

The class starts with mindfulness and intention setting and ends with meditation, Shavasana and Sound Bowl, helping you to find peacefulness in a whole body and mind experience. You will feel like your body can move more freely.

This class is suitable for all ages and abilities.

Energising Sun Salutation

Our Sun Salutation first thing in the morning leaves you feeling energised and refreshed. The series of postures helps to align and strengthen the entire body, increasing muscle flexibility and strength.
The movements help to warm up the body, increase blood circulation and can also help to reduce anxiety.

Yoga Practice

Our yoga practice class involves breath awareness, with meditation techniques to help you to be present in your body. A series of postures will help develop flexibility and strength in your body in many areas that aren’t often used.

Our class ends with tutor-led relaxation.

Evening Meditation

The evening meditation class helps you wind down after all the activities of the day.

Our meditation class uses deep breathing, counting breaths, muscle relaxation techniques and mantras to clear a busy mind, helping you to find inner peace and calm.
