Our infrared saunas offer a deeply restorative experience, perfectly designed to complement your time in the Spa Garden. Unlike traditional saunas that heat the air to very high temperatures, infrared saunas work by gently warming the body directly using infrared light. This allows you to enjoy the soothing benefits of sauna therapy at a lower temperature of around 60°C, making sessions more comfortable and allowing you to relax for up to 30 minutes at a time.
Infrared light is absorbed by the body and penetrates the skin’s surface more effectively than traditional sauna heat. The result is a deep, satisfying warmth that encourages natural sweating while helping you remain comfortable and relaxed throughout your session.

We have a vaulted ceiling swimming pool, steam room, sauna & concept shower. We also have a year-round Spa Garden with outdoor seating, an ice bath, sauna, outdoor hot tubs and fire pits.
You are only able to use the facilities if you are staying in the hotel or on a spa package.
