Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:

• The competition is open to residents of the UK.
• Employees of Seckford Hall Hotel and Spa, Heritage Rocks, Newsquest and their associated companies are not eligible to participate.

2. Entry Requirements:

• Participants must be over eighteen years of age.
• Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or violate copyright laws will be disqualified.

3. Submission Deadline:

• All entries must be submitted by the deadline stated.
• Late entries will not be considered.

4. Winner Selection:

• Winners will be selected by an automated generator.
• The decision is final and binding.

5. Notification of Winners:

• Winners will be notified via phone and email.
• If a winner cannot be reached within the specified timeframe, an alternate winner may be selected.

6. Publicity:

• By participating in the competition, participants grant Seckford Hall Hotel & Spa the right to use their names, images, and submitted content for promotional purposes.

7. Privacy:

• Personal information collected during the competition will be used for competition purposes only and will not be shared with third parties. Entrants who tick to subscribe to our newsletters from us will be added to the relevant database and can unsubscribe at any time via the link in the newsletter footer.

9. Disqualification:

• Seckford Hall Hotel & Spa reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates the terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent or unethical behaviour.

10. Amendments:

• Seckford Hall Hotel & Spa reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice.
