Celebrate the August Bank Holiday in style with a Bank Holiday Brunch.

Enjoy limitless food and hot and cold drinks from our Brunch Buffet and one hot dish from our Brunch Menu.

Upgrade to Bottomless Brunch for an additional £20pp for 90-minutes, serving Bitburger Pilsner, Mimosa and Bloody Mary. Alcohol is served to over 18s only with one drink served at a time per person.

The last Bottomless Brunch service will start at 3:30 pm with last drinks orders at 4:50pm.
Seckford Hall Hotel & Spa reserve the right to refuse service.
Alcohol is served to over 18s only with one drink served at a time per person
Full payment is taken at the time of booking.

Brunch Menu

Buffet Station:

Help yourself to fresh fruits, mini croissants and pastries, cereals, yoghurt, compote and dried fruits, fresh bread, toast and a selection of preserves, as well as fresh fruit juices and bottomless tea and coffee.

Eggs: Benedict; Royale; Florentine

A toasted English muffin topped with Suffolk ham; smoked salmon or wilted spinach, poached egg and creamy Hollandaise sauce

Steak & Eggs – does what it says on the tin. Salter & King steak, cooked to your liking & served with Gate Farm fried eggs

Definitely not a McMuffin – Blythburgh sausage patty & bacon and a Gate Farm fried egg served on a lightly toasted English muffin

Savoury croissant – stuffed with Suffolk ham, cheese & red onion marmalade

Butterflied Suffolk kippers

Smashed Avocado with crispy Halloumi, chili flakes and a poached egg, served  on Harvey & Co. fresh sourdough

French toast – sliced brioche covered in fresh berries, topped with yoghurt and drizzled in syrup

Indulgent American waffles topped with crispy bacon and summer berry compote, drizzled in maple syrup and dusted in icing sugar

Suffolk Full English: Procter’s Sausage, Back Bacon, grilled Portobello mushroom, slow roast tomato, Baked Beans, Hash Brown, free-range egg: poached, fried or scrambled
