The spa is open everyday, from 10am until 6pm.
Breakfast is served Monday to Friday from 7am until 9:30am. On the weekends, breakfast is available 8am to 10:30am.
Breakfast is charged at £15 per person (full service).
Unfortunately breakfast is only available to our residents at this time. We do offer lunch, afternoon teas and dinner for non-residents.
Seckford Hall was built in 1530.
Check in from 3pm, and check out is by 11am. If you would like a late check out / early check in, this is available for £30. Contact our reception team to find out more.
We are happy to welcome dogs into the building but not in the restaurant or bedrooms in the main house. If you are wishing to stay with your dog, you can stay in one of our garden rooms in the courtyard.
If you would like to bring your pet with you on your stay, we charge £15 per pet per night.
At this moment in time unfortunately we don’t offer car charging facilities but this is something that we are looking into.
Yes! A number of our accessibly ground floor rooms offer walk in showers. Rooms 26, 27, 30 and in the courtyard: 34, 36, 38 all feature a walk in shower.
No, we don’t have fridges in our bedrooms. One may be provided upon request depending on availability.

In the main hotel, rooms 2, 23, 24, 16 all have balconies, as does room 39A in the courtyard.

Yes, you can have spa treatments after you have passed your first trimester. We have pregnancy treatments available specifically created for mums to be and new mums.

No, spa treatments cannot be carried out on children under 16 years.
Yes, treatments and spa days can be cancelled in line with our cancellation policy.
Yes. We have many treatments available that can be adapted to meet your needs. Please inform us of all allergies and dietary requirements in advance of your visit. A Pre Treatment Questionnaire is sent to all guests and it is essential that you complete and return to us so that we can prepare for your visit.
When having a treatment, the therapists will let you know what to wear for each for treatment. Disposable underwear can be provided if needed.
Within a Spa Day package, you will receive the following;
If you are booked on to a spa day package you get a robe included in this along with flip flops. If you’re not booked onto a spa day, you are able to hire a robe for a £20 deposit. You will get the full deposit back if you have a treatment booked. There is a non-refundable £5 charge if no treatment is booked. The deposit is is taken either as cash or by card, and cannot be charged to your room.
If you have booked onto one of spa days, you can arrive any time between 9am & 10am. We do ask that you arrive here at least 30 mins before your first treatment. This is so we can take a pre order for lunch and so you can have your arrival drink. The spa experience finishes at 5pm.
When you come on a spa day, you are provided with robes, flip flops and towels. You will need to bring your own swim wear. Our changing rooms have lockers, showers with shower gel and shampoo, hairdryers and towels.

You can walk to main reception and to your room and back in your robe should you wish, however, robes are not allowed to be worn in the hotel lounge or restaurant. Please note all robes need to be returned to Spa Reception to avoid charges.
Dinner for all guests in served in our main restaurant. We recommend booking prior to your stay.

You are only able to use the spa facilities if you staying in the hotel or on a spa package.
We have a 24 hour treatment cancellation policy. This means if you cancellation within 24 hours of the treatment time, the full payment will not be refunded.
In the event of cancellation, your hotel booking is non-refundable. Should you cancel 8 weeks prior to the arrival date, the advanced Spa Day and additional treatment payment (broken down above), are changeable and refundable. After this time, this amount will also be non-refundable.
The Spa has a 24 hour cancellation policy for any treatments or services not paid for within your advanced payment. Therefore a no show or a cancellation within this timeframe would incur the full cost of the treatment or service booked.

Yes, we are able to cater for allergies. If you have an allergy or intolerance, please let us know as soon as possible so we can ensure we are able to cater for your needs.
Yes, Seckford Hall is licensed for both indoor and outdoor ceremonies.
Yes, you can take over the entire hotel, including all 41 bedrooms and 34 acres of stunning grounds exclusively.
We are licensed for ceremonies outside in our walled garden or in the Great Hall overlooking the beautiful lake. You have your very own exclusive area and private entrance with a bar for just you and your guests.
