“Mike and I spent Easter at Seckford Hall. We had been many times before and always enjoyed the first class food and service. We couldn’t single out just one member of staff for exceptional service as they were all just great – yes every single one we had dealings with. Nothing was too much trouble. The food was amazing and we had the best time there. We have asked to be put on the list for next years Easter Extravaganza. The Easter Bunny and the magician had the kiddies (and adults) enthralled and did a great job entertaining them. We loved the music from the saxophonist too.”
“We have just returned home from a second, wonderful Easter break at Seckford Hall. While the facilities and the food are excellent, the two things that really stood out for us are the warmth and friendliness of all of the staff and the fact that this is the most dog-friendly hotel we have stayed at. The involvement and engagement of everyone, from the directors to the housekeeping team make a stay seem like a visit to friends. Our dog was treated like royalty and has insisted that we go back soon.”
“We have just returned from a three night Easter package at Seckford Hall and have had a wonderful experience. From the moment we checked in, we were looked after and the staff tended to our every need. Sophie in the bar was exceptional, Dan was very attentive, Francis in the new restaurant 1530 was very polite and helpful, Poppy on Reception was very friendly and knowledgeable about the hotel and happy to give her time. The food in the recently refurbished restaurant was to die for – particularly the Beef Wellington and the salmon. Peter and Abi the owners should be very proud of all the staff who worked very hard for this weekend. We must also mention Digby the dog who made himself known. Seckford Hall is a beautiful Hotel set in magnificent grounds. It looked particularly good as we had great weather for this weekend. We had a lovely room with balcony and were greeted with Prosecco and simnel cake and an easter egg in the room. First impressions and attention to detail really matter and you gave that in abundance. We will return for sure.”
