Spa Opening Times

Monday – Sunday 8am – 8pm

Hotel guests over the age of 16 have access to the spa facilities between check-in and check-out periods. See below for session times and how to book.

Spa Packages Cancellation Policy

Spa package bookings are to be paid in full at the time of booking and are non-refundable, non-transferable.

Spa Treatments Cancellation Policy 

Spa Treatment bookings are to be paid in full at time of booking. Bookings are able to be cancelled 48 hours prior to the appointment by contacting a member of our spa team.

Cancellations within the 48 hours incur full charge.

Please be aware our spa policies are subject to change.

Swimming pool opening times - hotel guests 16+

As a hotel guest (over 16s) you will be able to enjoy our stunning spa facilities during your stay, which includes our relaxing 18-metre indoor swimming pool, sauna and steam room.

Access for hotel guests to our spa and pool facilities is from 3pm on day of check-in to 11am on day of check-out.

For hotel guests over the age of 16 the following two hour slots must be pre-booked with the Spa reception team by calling 01394 385606.

Hotel guests over the age of 16 may also swim between 8am-10am and 6pm-8pm – no booking is required during these hours.

We kindly ask all hotel guests to bring their hotel robes for the pool sessions.

Towels and slippers are provided.

Guests can also use the spa facilities outside of their check-in and check-out times, but there is a charge of £30pp.

Children's Swimming - under 16

Children are invited to use our pool facilities Saturdays & Sundays, bank holidays and during school holidays from 8am-9am and 6pm-7pm – no booking is required during these hours.

Children of nappy wearing age are required to wear a waterproof nappy.

Child Supervision Policy
  • One adult to every child under the age of 5 years
  • One adult to every two children aged 6-8
  • No adult can supervise more than three children at any one time
  • All children under the age of 16 are to be accompanied by an adult at all times
Spa Etiquette 

Whether you’re a first-timer at Seckford Spa or a regular guest, we want to make sure we truly offer you the perfect escape. A relaxing and reviving visit to a unique spa experience in a peaceful setting.

What to bring Pack light! If you are joining us for a spa day, all you really need is your swimwear. Robes and slippers will be provided. If you are just visiting for a treatment, we recommend wearing comfy clothes that are easy to get in and out if you are having a massage, facial or body treatment. We provide lockers, toiletries, hairdryers are available in our changing rooms. We also have a luxurious retail Boutique, selling products from ESPA, Natural Spa Factory & Mii.

When you arrive Please head straight over to the spa, and on-site parking is available.

Your Spa Voice Softly does it! We do not expect you to be silent all of the time, but please try not to disturb the peace for those who are seeking it. Pop your phone away and escape the outside world.

Spa Café Eat, Drink and Relax. The Spa Café is the perfect accompaniment to your spa experience. Fresh flavours combined with a sparkling selection of drinks make for a refreshing pause during your time in the spa. Many of our spa day experiences include refreshments on arrival and a delicious Sparkling Afternoon Tea; our spa receptionist will be able to help with any questions you have about this. A spa schedule detailing your Spa Experience will be provided upon arrival.

Booking Treatments Our treatments are very popular, we advise you to book in advance to avoid disappointment.

During your treatment If you have a treatment booked please arrive 15 minutes beforehand to give you time to complete our short medical form. We advise that during treatments men wear swimming trunks or shorts and women wear briefs or swimsuits.
