Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:

The competition is open to residents of the UK.
Employees of Seckford Hall Hotel and Spa, Heritage Rocks, Newsquest and their associated companies are not eligible to participate.

2. Entry Requirements:

Participants must be over eighteen years of age and answer the question detailed in the competition entry details.
Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or violate copyright laws will be disqualified.

3. Submission Deadline:

All entries must be submitted by midnight, 31st March 2024.
Late entries will not be considered.

4. Winner Selection:

Winners will be selected by a random generator.
The decision is final and binding.

5. Prizes:

Relax & Recharge Spa Day for two people. The prize is to be taken before 23rd December 2024.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for a cash alternative.

6. Notification of Winners:

Winners will be notified via phone and email on the 4th of April 2024.
If a winner cannot be reached within the specified timeframe, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Publicity:

By participating in the competition, participants grant Seckford Hall Hotel & Spa the right to use their names, images, and submitted content for promotional purposes.

8. Privacy:

Personal information collected during the competition will be used for competition purposes only and will not be shared with third parties. Entrants who tick to receive monthly spa newsletters from us will be added to the spa subscription database and can unsubscribe at any time via the link in the spa newsletter footer.

9. Disqualification:

Seckford Hall Hotel & Spa reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates the terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent or unethical behaviour.
