We are licensed for outdoor ceremonies in our Victorian Band Stand, with the romantic backdrop of our walled gardens of our 34-acre heritage estate. For inclement weather, our Great Hall, steeped in centuries of history, provides the perfect spot to say ‘I do!’, complete with a Minstrel’s Gallery and next door to our Pavilion for your wedding breakfast and speeches.
With exclusive use of Seckford Hall Hotel & Spa, you can truly feel like Lord or Lady of the Manor for the day. Enjoy a relaxed atmosphere with your guests staying under one roof where they can freshen up or retire to their rooms after all the celebrations, and share stories over a leisurely Suffolk breakfast.

Saturday weddings are often booked up years in advance, especially in peak season. Opting for a weekday wedding, particularly a Thursday or Friday, is a great way to secure your dream venue, especially when it is close to the weekend, as guests can take an extra day off work to attend your big day. Sunday weddings are also a popular choice for the same reason.
Choosing a weekday date can also help stretch your budget further, with many suppliers offering lower prices than weekends, allowing you to allocate more to the details that matter most to you.
If your dream venue and top-choice suppliers (like your photographer, social content videographer and florist) have already been snapped up, don’t delay another year. Consider getting married on a weekday. With advance notice, your guests can take a day off work to celebrate with you, and you get to secure your favourite suppliers to make your dream day extra special.
Some couples prefer a more relaxed and intimate weekday wedding, celebrating with close friends and family.
Enjoy time ahead of your wedding with Seckford Hall’s Head Chef to taste your preferred options and they talk through the dishes for your wedding dining. Our Weddings Team will share our collections of wedding menus and schedule your tasting when you have secured your wedding date.
